Die InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) holt Robert van der Graaf als neuen Development Director an Bord. Van der Graaf verstärkt ab sofort das Team unter der Leitung von Martin Bowen, Head of Development DACH. Als Development Director ist van der Graaf für das strategische Wachstum der IHG Marken in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz mitverantwortlich. Er wird eng zusammenarbeiten mit Eigentümern und MDA (Multiple Development Agreement)-Partnern, um das Portfolio im Mainstream-, Upscale- und Luxussegment auszubauen. 

van der Graaf kommt von der Radisson Hotel Group, wo er für die Asset-right Wachstumsstrategie verantwortlich war und zwei neue Upscale Marken in den DACH-Märkten eingeführt hat. Zuvor besetzte er diverse Rollen im Marketing und Development von Hilton und Worldhotels. Der Niederländer verfügt über 20 Jahre Erfahrung in der internationalen Markenhotellerie.
