Wendy Waldmann ist neue Direktorin des von der Arena Hospitality Group geführten Park Plaza Nuremberg. Sie ist seit 2022 im Haus und kam 2022 von Mode- und Lifestyle-Unternehmen E. Breuniger. Ihre Karriere startete sie 2005 bei der Palazzo Produktion in Nürnberg von Sterne- und TV-Koch Alexander Herrmann. Zu den weiteren Stationen ihrer Karriere gehören unter anderem das Adi Dassler Hotel Herzogspark in Herzogenaurach und das Park Inn by Radisson Nürnberg. Ihre betriebswirtschaftlichen Kenntnisse erwarb Wendy Waldmann von 2007 bis 2009 mit dem Bachelor of Arts an der Hotelfachschule Pegnitz.
