Die Jumeirah Group, globales Unternehmen für Luxus-Hotellerie und Mitglied der Dubai Holding, ernennt Michael Grieve zum neuen Chief Brand Officer, der für die Weiterentwicklung der Marke verantwortlich sein wird. Grieve, zuvor Vice President Brand and Client für Gucci, wird seinen Posten bei Jumeirah im April antreten. Der gebürtige Neuseeländer war in seiner 16-jährigen Karriere für Marken wie BMW Group, adidas, Nike und zuletzt Gucci in Mailand tätig. Er soll eine zentrale Rolle bei der Umgestaltung der Marke Jumeirah spielen. Die Hospitality-Gruppe will ihr Portfolio bis 2030 verdoppeln. Derzeit betreibt das Unternehmen ein Portfolio von 26 Immobilien, darunter Strandresorts, Stadthotels und Luxusresidenzen im Nahen Osten, in Europa und Asien.
