Am 31. Oktober 2020 eröffnet das Steigenberger Airport Hotel am Terminal des neuen Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg in Berlin. Zeitgleich wird der Flugbetrieb am neuen Flughafen aufgenommen. Direktorin des 322-Zimmer-Hauses ist Steffi Wisotzky, die zuletzt das IntercityHotel Berlin Hauptbahnhof leitete. Mit dem neuen Landmark-Hotel Steigenberger Airport Hotel Berlin gibt es nun drei Steigenberger Hotels in der deutschen Hauptstadt. Die Entwicklung, Vermietung sowie Realisierung des neuen Airport Hotels lagen in der Verantwortung des Hamburger Immobilienentwicklers ECE. „Wir sind stolz darauf, in einer solchen Lage ein Hotel der Steigenberger Hotels & Resort zu eröffnen“, kommentiert Denis Hüttig, Vice President Operations Steigenberger Hotels & Resorts.
