Michael Lemke (50) leitet Marketing und Verkauf der vier A-ROSA Resorts auf Sylt, in Travemünde, Kitzbühel und am Scharmützelsee. Er verantwortet die Entwicklung des MICE- und des Leisure-Bereichs. Lemke, der über langjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf und Marketing hochklassiger Hotels sowie bei der Positionierung neuer Hotelgruppen – beispielsweise für Steigenberger (MAXX / ESPRIX) oder Marriott (Coutyard by Marriott) im deutschsprachigen Raum – verfügt, berichtet an A-ROSA CEO Alexander Winter.

Zuletzt war Lemke in Dierhagen an der Ostsee tätig, wo er seit 2013 für Verkauf und Marketing der beiden Strandhotels zuständig war. Zuvor verantwortete er das Marketing verschiedener Hotelgruppen und privater Luxushotels. Außerdem sammelte der gelernte Hotelkaufmann Branchenerfahrung im Bereich Big Data (bei Toedt, Dr. Selk & Coll., einem heute führenden Big Data Dienstleister in der Hotellerie).
