Jana Thielsen (Foto) ist Head of Human Resources der  RIMC International Hotels & Resorts, Johannes Louris Head of Controlling der Gruppe.

Jana Thielsen war schon einmal für das Unternehmen tätig, baute die Abteilung Human Resources auf und führte die durch die RIMC betreuten Hotels im Bereich Recruiting und Employer Branding. 2018 gründete die 29-Jährige die Human-Resources-Abteilung im Tortue Hamburg und übernahm die Leitung. Jetzt kehrt sie zu RIMC zurück und übernimmt die Verantwortung für über 2.000 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. 

Johannes Louris verfügt über 25 Jahre Erfahrungen im Bereich Controlling. Zuletzt war er Corporate Controller der DSR Hotel Holding GmbH. In seiner neuen Position wird er die Prozesse für RIMC optimieren.
