Silke Spieske ist neue Direktorin des Sheraton Berlin Grand Hotel Esplanade. Sie löst Frank Ketterer ab. Silke Spieske war zuletzt im A-ROSA Scharmützelsee als Regionaldirektorin tätig. Sie leitete Häuser wie das Steigenberger Hotel Treudelberg in Hamburg, das Kempinski Hotel in Sansibar (Tansania), Kempinski Ishtar Dead Sea (Jordanien) und – als Interims-Direktorin – das Kempinski München Airport (heute Hilton). Silke Spieske absolvierte die Steigenberger Hotelfachschule in Bad Reichenhall und eine Ausbildung zur Hotelfachfrau im Münchner City Hilton Hotel. Außerdem schloß sie die Reims Management School in Frankreich mit dem MBA ab.
