Peter Martin, bisher General Manager des Steigenberger Hotel & Spa Krems, leitet jetzt das MAXX Hotel Sanssouci Potsdam. Er tauschte die Position mit GM Thomas Wilken, der nun in Krems verantwortlich ist. Außerdem wurde Moustafa Amin zum neuen General Manager für das Steigenberger Makadi in Ägypten ernannt.

Peter Martin sammelte erste Hotelerfahrungen im Hotel Schweizerhof Berlin. Weitere Stationen seiner Karriere sind unter anderem das Holiday Inn Bristol in Großbritannien, das Steigenberger Hotel Berlin sowie weitere Steigenberger Hotels in Frankfurt, Meran, Gstaad, Bad Homburg, Konstanz und Bad Neuenahr.

Thomas Wilken durchlief zahlreiche Management-Positionen, war unter anderem Managing Director im 5-Sterne-Segment in Sansibar, Executive Chef im Hotel Atlantic Kempinski Hamburg, Executive Assistent Manager im Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow und Director of Operations für Marriott in Moskau und Prag.

Moustafa Amin verfügt über 20 Jahre Erfahrung in der Hotellerie Ägyptens. Der Absolvent  der Universität Alexandria besitzt einen Bachelor of Science in Hotelmanagement und fungierte wirkte für Sol Y Mar, die Jaz Hotel Group sowie Iberostar in Makadi, Hurghada und Sharm El Sheik.
