In Ulm entsteht ein Vier-Sterne-Plus-Hotel unter der Marke Leonardo Royal der Fattal-Gruppe. Das Haus ist vom Entwickler und Eigentümer, der pro invest GmbH, an die Hannover Leasing verkauft worden. „Sowohl der Investment- als auch der Hotelmarkt in Ulm und Umgebung boomt und wird zunehmend internationaler“, kommentiert Dr. Frank Urfer, Director und bei Savills verantwortlich für das Investmentgeschäft in München und Stuttgart. „Mit dem Bau eines Luxushotels in Innenstadtlage wird auf die hohe Nachfrage nach Übernachtungsangeboten in der Donaustadt reagiert.“

Nach derzeitigem Stand umfasst der Ulmer Hotelmarkt im Stadtkern 17 Objekte, in angrenzenden Gemeinden weitere 21 Immobilien.
