Deutschlands Stadt-Hoteliers haben ihre Performance im Jahr 2015 weiter steigern können, wie aus einer Untersuchung der Fairmas Gesellschaft für Marktanalysen mbH deutlich wird, die Cost & Logis vorliegt. Demnach erhöhte sich der RevPar gegenüber 2014 deutschlandweit um 4,5 Prozent. Die durchschnittliche Zimmerrate wuchs um 2,9 Prozent, die Auslastung im Schnitt um 1,6 Prozent. Zu den Gewinnern gehörten unter anderem die Hoteliers der Hauptstadt: Für Berlin (Foto) steht ein RevPar-Plus in Höhe von 7,7 Prozent zu Buche. Das größte Wachstum verzeichneten die Hotelbetriebe in Köln. RevPar-Einbußen gab es lediglich in drei der untersuchten Städte, darunter auch in Düsseldorf (minus 3,2 Prozent).
